She is a renowned speaker nationwide and teaches on a variety of health topics. Sarah is the “real deal”! She has been helping people on their natural health journeys with great results for over 17 years. She uses a specialized, non-invasive method of muscle testing that she used to launch her nutrition practice in 2014 to design individualized clinical nutrition programs to achieve optimal results with their clients. Her background in clinical, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and clinical nutrition gives her an edge in the holistic health arena to be able to help her clients efficiently. When Sarah not working at NHIC, she is busy being a wife, mom to her five children, writing for her blog, speaking in the community and around the Country, working on her horse farm, and creating herbal remedies.
Azra Feriz, B.S, is a Nutritionist and Nutrition Response Testing practitioner. She graduated from ISU with her bachelors in Nutritional Science and then spent 7 years coaching clients on healthy eating habits and holistic nutrition. Although developing healthy and nutritious eating habits is necessary for increaking overall health and preventing disease, she knew there was a missing piece to getting her clients well. That is the reason she decided to get certified in Nutrition Response Testing.

Nutrition response testing is a non-invasive way of muscle testing your body for stressers such as metals, chemicals, food sensitivies, immune challenges, and scars that contribute to ill health. She only uses whole food supplements, homeopathy, and herbs to get her clients feeling the best, healing, and functioning at optimal levels.
